»Public Safety Community Liaison Team

The Chapman University Department of Public Safety works closely with the Community Relations Department to build and foster relationships amongst the community, university students, staff, faculty, and our city partners. Public Safety Officers assigned to this program assist with crime prevention and education through community presentations, neighborhood visits, and community events. Our officers are equipped with literature and knowledge related to the University’s policies and procedures regarding students living in the communities of Orange, Anaheim, and Irvine, as well as being good neighbors. Public Safety is here to assist Community Relations with follow-up requests and conflict resolutions.
