»Submitting Financial Aid Documents Online

You can now submit financial aid documents to the Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid online through the Student Center.  This new method provides a more secure way for students and families to submit documents with sensitive information.  It is encouraged to provide sensitive documents and forms to our office either via the Student Center.  You may follow the detailed step-by-step written instructions or the short video at the bottom of the page.

To submit documents to our office via the Student Center, log into the Student Center.

From the Student Center Homepage, select the eForms tile.  You may need to scroll down on smaller screens.  This tile will take you to the eForms Homepage.

From the eForms Homepage, select Undergrad FinancialAid eForms.  This will take you into the Financial Aid eForms menu.

From the menu on the left, select Submit Financial Aid Documents.  The menu will collapse, and a form will load.

The form will populate your student information (ID, Last and First Names, and Academic Career) automatically.

You will need to select an Aid Year from the Aid Year menu at the bottom of the Student Information section.  This menu will only display available aid years for the student.  If the aid year you are submitting documents for is not available, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid.

You may use the Additional Information section to provide additional information about your documents, or ask questions that may apply to the documents you are submitting.

Documents can be uploaded in the File Attachments section.  Documents should be either PDFs or Image files (JPG, JPEG, or PNG) and should not exceed 15MB.

To upload a document, select the Upload button from the table in the File Attachments section.

A new File Attachment window will appear.  You can drag and drop a file into this window or select the My Device button to open your device's file explorer and select the file.

Once a file has been selected, the file will populate in the window and an Upload and Clear button will appear.  Select the Upload button to begin uploading the file.  If you did not upload the file you wanted to, select the Clear button, and the file populated will be removed from the window.

After selecting the Upload button, a progress bar will appear at the bottom of the File Attachment window.  After it fills and “Upload Complete” is displayed, a Done button will appear in the top right corner of the File Attachment window.

Select the Done button.  The table in the File Attachments section will populate with the file name of the file you uploaded, and a green checkmark will appear in the Status column.

Under the Description column, select a document type; either Financial Aid Form or Additional Document.

An additional blank Description field will appear.  You may add your own description for the document you’re submitting here, but it is not required.

A delete button is available from the rightmost column.  This will delete the uploaded file from the File Attachments section.

You may add multiple documents by selecting the Add button from just below the Attachments table on the left.  This will add a new row to the table where you can repeat the upload process with a different document.

Once all of the documents you would like to submit are added to the File Attachments section with green checkmarks, you may select the Submit button from the bottom of the page.

You will receive a confirmation page when your documents have been successfully submitted.

At this point, you may return to your Student Center homepage.
